Apply online only. No offline/ courier/ e-mail applications will be accepted.

- New registration: Click “Click here for New Registration”, enter name, contact, and email. Note down the Provisional Registration Number & Password sent via SMS/Email.
- Fill the form carefully — you can Save & Next and return later. No changes allowed after COMPLETE REGISTRATION. Check the spelling of the name/father/husband as per the certificates.
- Scan & upload documents (photo, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration), obeying strict size/dimension rules (see next subsection).
